Risk disclosure

Last updated 26 August 2026. Read this before you pay for an assessment. It is short, and it is the part that most often differs from what people assume.

This is a simulated environment

Every account issued through this service holds a virtual balance. Prices are derived from live market data, but your orders are not sent to and are not executed on any regulated market or liquidity venue. You are not trading real capital and you are not depositing funds for trading.

What you are paying for

The fee buys access to an assessment. It is not a deposit, it is not held on your behalf, and it does not become a trading balance. If you do not complete the assessment, the fee is treated according to the refund terms you accepted at checkout.

You can lose the fee. That is the financial risk of this service, and it is the only capital of yours involved.

No outcome is guaranteed

Most people who take a trading assessment do not complete it. Nothing on this website should be read as a prediction, a promise or a likelihood that you will pass, become eligible for a reward, or earn any particular amount.

Any figure shown on this site — account sizes, targets, limits — describes the parameters of the assessment. None of them is a representation of what you will achieve.

This is not investment advice

We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or personal recommendations. We do not offer securities, and this service is not an offer of employment. What you do inside the simulation is your decision.

If you need advice about your finances, take it from someone licensed to give it in your country.

Past performance means nothing here

Results on a simulated account — yours or anyone else's — do not indicate results on a real account or in any future assessment. Simulated environments do not reproduce every condition of live execution, including slippage under stress, liquidity gaps and venue outages.

Market data can be wrong

Data feeds are delayed, interrupted or incorrect from time to time. Where a platform error demonstrably affects your assessment we will correct it. Knowingly trading on a price, fill or balance you can see is wrong is a prohibited practice and ends the assessment.

Trading is psychologically demanding

Assessments with a fee attached can encourage risk-taking that a trader would not otherwise accept. If you find yourself buying assessments to recover the cost of previous ones, stop. That pattern does not end well and no rule set on this site will protect you from it.

Availability

This service is not offered in every jurisdiction and the rules that apply to it differ by country. It is your responsibility to know whether you may lawfully use it where you are.

Our regulatory status

FDO Software LTD is not authorised or regulated as a financial services firm. We do not hold client money, we do not execute orders on any market, and we do not provide investment advice or brokerage.

Two consequences you should know before you pay. No investor compensation scheme applies to this service — if we cannot pay what we owe, there is no fund standing behind us. And you cannot take a complaint about us to a financial ombudsman; our own complaints process, and the ordinary courts, are the routes available to you.
