FDO Software LTD is not authorised or regulated as a financial services firm. We do not hold client money, we do not execute orders on any market or venue, and we do not provide investment advice, portfolio management or brokerage.
What we operate is a simulated assessment. Accounts carry virtual balances priced from live market data. No order placed on an assessment account reaches a real market, and no capital of yours is placed at market risk.
Two consequences you should know before you pay:
The fee you pay is the only money of yours involved, and you can lose it. That is set out in the risk disclosure.
The UK and the EU each require an online service provider to publish a set of identifying details. The lists overlap but are not identical; the table shows the item, which regime requires it, and what we publish.

Pages marked as drafts carry a visible notice. Where a draft and the agreement you accepted at purchase differ, the agreement you accepted governs.
The data controller is FDO Software LTD at the address above. Our supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, and our registration with it is published here once issued.
Where we are required to appoint a representative in the European Union, the representative's name and address are published here. Nothing about a representative changes where you can complain: you may go to your own national supervisory authority in any case.

We aim to keep this site usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and at the text size you prefer. If something here is not reachable for you, tell us at support@fundedportal.com and we will fix it and tell you when it is done.
The statutory duty to publish a formal accessibility statement applies to public-sector bodies, and we are not one, so no such statement is required of us. We would rather say that than imply an obligation we are not under — and it does not change the commitment above, which we hold ourselves to regardless.
The platform, this website and their contents belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and quote from these pages for your own use. You may not copy the platform, resell access to it, or reverse engineer it.
These pages and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer this does not reduce your rights. You keep every protection your own country's law gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
